Construction Administration
During this phase, t : s : p project management oversees the implementation of the design objectives without compromise, including:

  • Third Party Material Testing Coordination
  • IT and Other Systems Implementation
  • Coordination of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Installation

Relocation & Project Close-Out
The final measure of project success is derived from an orderly relocation and a timely closeout. t : s : p project management assures this by organizing and overseeing this final step, including:

  • Engagement of and Coordination of the Moving Company
  • Post-Occupancy Follow Up
  • Installation of Signage and Artwork
  • Punchlist Completion
  • Collection of Close-Out Documents including As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Warranties
  • Payment of all Final Invoices and Collection of Final Lien Releases
  • Meeting Lease Exiting Requirements
