Linda Verbrugge joined t : s : p   project management as a Principal in 2010 with more than twenty years of experience in the design and construction industries. Linda has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of planning, design and construction and a strong record of team leadership in corporate real estate. As a Project Manager, her diverse experience enables her to act as a representative for clients in the management of tenant improvements, core and shell construction, and technology driven projects. Since joining t : s : p   project management, Linda has been working with eBay and Citicorp on multiple projects.

Prior to joining t : s : p   project management, Linda was a Senior Project Director at Cushman & Wakefield through the acquisition of PMLA, LLC in 2004. At Cushman & Wakefield she completed projects including a call center for Citigroup, regional facilities for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, Toyota Financial Services and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., Interpublic Group Companies including Jack Morton and Weber Shandwick, Ernst & Young, LA Daily News, Oliver Peoples, and a theater renovation in a historic downtown Los Angeles building for the Latino Theater Company. She was also part of a team that completed the relocation of research labs into the Saban Research Institute for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.

Since December 2004, Linda has been managing data center work for eBay. In Phoenix, Arizona, she managed the build-out of 139,000 square feet of a "cold shell" building to house a critical operations and data center function for their online business. The project was comprised of 70,000 square feet of raised floor area and redundancy which includes a well and water storage tank. In Utah, she assisted eBay with the acquisition of a site and the management of the design and construction of a ground-up data center building comprising approximately 240,000 square feet powered by its own substation. The project was completed in the spring of 2010 and is a LEED Gold project.

Prior to joining PMLA, LLC, Linda was a Project Manager and Strategic Planner for several major regional design firms. Her resume includes several high profile tenant improvement and specialty projects including corporate offices for the Los Angeles Unified School District, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., Washington Mutual, Walt Disney Television Animation, Unocal/76 Products, Stream International, Hewlett Packard, California Environmental Protection Agency, and American Medical Response’s corporate headquarters and 911 ambulance dispatch center. Linda also has law firm experience for firms such as Morrison & Foerster LLP, Alschuler, Grossman & Pines, and Hoffman, Sabban & Watenmaker.

Linda brings unique experience to projects in the technology realm from her tenure as a technology consultant specializing in project management, computer room and building infrastructure design. These design experiences combined with her strong project management skills have enabled Linda to successfully manage projects for Cox Communications, First American Financial, the Long Beach School District, and the State of California East End project housing the Department of Education, Department of Health Services and Department of General Services.

Linda earned her Bachelor’s of Design Science from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
