Ron Milberger, one of the founding Principals of t : s : p   project management, has over twenty-five years of strong project management experience. His diverse background includes the management and oversight of the development of new construction for both commercial tenant improvement and base building projects, including corporate office space and headquarters facilities, laboratories and R&D facilities, healthcare facilities and industrial and GMP process facilities.

As a Project Manager, Ron has been responsible for the planning, construction, commissioning and occupancy of new office, laboratory, manufacturing and technical process facilities for multiple clients. Ron’s successful track record in developing strategies to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget is buttressed by his robust client roster that includes such firms as Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, Clarient, Pharmavite (Otsuka Pharmaceuticals), Siemens BioMarker Solutions, Beckman Coulter, Genzyme and Herbalife, all of which have relied on Ron for their project management decisions.

Prior to founding t : s : p   project management in 2009, Ron was a Director and Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield where in 2006 he was awarded C&W’s Service Excellence Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Pursuit of Business Performance Excellence and Total Client Satisfaction.

In 2004, C&W acquired PMLA, LLC where Ron was responsible for the creation of the Relocation Management Group within the firm, which included the laboratory relocation group embedded at Amgen Inc. in Thousand Oaks, California for over twelve years. In this capacity, he directed and oversaw lab start-up or modification projects in California, Washington, Colorado and Massachusetts for Amgen Inc., and lab projects for Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and Mannkind Corporation.

Prior to joining PMLA, LLC, Ron provided project management consulting services to the County of Los Angeles for three facilities ranging from 200,000 - 800,000 square feet. Preceding that assignment, he worked for four years as a Project Manager with a Los Angeles area project management consulting firm, where he managed over one million square feet of commercial interior, new development and relocation management projects.

Before entering the project management consulting field, he practiced architecture for eleven years, specializing in commercial buildings, including both steel frame and tilt-up concrete structures.

Ron is a registered architect in the State of California and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He earned a Master of Architecture degree from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC) and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University. Ron is a member of and is the past president of the California Traditional Music Society.
