Julie Buchalter, one of the founding Principals of t : s : p   project management, has more than twenty-five years of industry experience in design, facilities planning and analysis and expertise in all phases of interior construction for corporate clients, law firms and financial institutions. She has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of planning, design and construction and a strong record of team leadership in corporate real estate, entertainment and legal. As a Project Manager, her diverse experience enables her to act as a representative for clients in the management of tenant improvements, core and shell construction, and corporate relocation projects.

Julie is responsible for managing all aspects of the project management process including establishing building evaluation programs during site selection, assessing client tenant requirements and identifying the most optimum building to satisfy those requirements. In turn, her holistic expertise in all facets of project management has repeatedly proven to be instrumental in saving clients significant investments. She recently applied this expertise to the management of a multi-phased project for Beckman Coulter, a project for MB Trading and multiple projects for Pharmavite. She is currently working with Jenner & Block LLP, Haight Brown and Bonesteel LLP and multiple projects with The Capital Group Companies.

Prior to founding t : s : p   project management, Julie was a Senior Project Director at Cushman & Wakefield where she successfully managed projects for Experian, Marsh McLennan, East West Bank, The Capital Group Companies, Covington Capital Management, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Analytic Investors, ePolicy Solutions, Bristol West Insurance, LECG, Teach For America, HemaCare Corporation and Ernst & Young.

Julie was part of the 2004 acquisition by C&W of PMLA, LLC, where her clients included, The Capital Group Companies, Charter Communications, Syndicated Office Systems, Roger Engemann & Associates, IHOP, Virgin Records, Splash Technology, Aames Financial, ProxyMed, Bowman and Brooke, Morgan Stanley, Latham & Watkins, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dames and Moore Group, Disney, Miramax Films and House of Blues Entertainment Corporation.

Prior to joining PMLA, LLC, she was employed by several major architectural firms in the capacity of project manager, during which time her clients included First Interstate Bank, Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, Union Bank of California, ARCO, the Los Angeles Convention Center, Southern California Edison, MTV Networks, Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Sony Pictures, McKesson Corporation and Aames Financial Corporation.

In addition to CCIDC certification, Julie holds a degree in Environmental & Interior Design from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Sonoma State University in linguistics and anthropology. She is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
